GRACELAND LAUNCHES ICON : THE INFLUENCE OF ELVIS PRESLEY PRESENTED BY FENDER

Trisha Yearwood has donated items to the newly launched ICON exhibit at Elvis Presley’s home. The yearlong 35th anniversary commemoration of the life and legacy of Elvis Presley continues in Memphis with the third and largest exhibit launched at Graceland this month. Check out the photo gallery from the “ICON: The Influence of Elvis Presley Presented by Fender” Exhibit which opened March 1, 2012 and continues through February 2013.

Grammy award-winning artist Trisha Yearwood, a well-known Elvis fan, gladly accepted the invitation to display her dress and bolero from being inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, and Yearwood’s old Elvis lps are being featured at the new exhibit. When asked about the exhibit Trisha replied, “Everyone knows what a huge Elvis fan I am. I am honored to be included in this awesome exhibit!”
