Trisha's college roommate, Tina, joins Trisha in the kitchen as they make dishes that remind them of their college days. They make Daddy's Biscuits with Tina's Chocolate Gravy, Baby Lima Beans, Chicken Pie and Magic Lemon Meringue Pie while sharing stories and pictures from their days as roomies.

Trisha’s girlfriend Karri Turner, a Southern girl who now lives in California, comes to visit for the night. Trisha dishes up some classic Southern food to give her friend the Southern fix she craves: Crock-Pot Mac and Cheese, her Mama’s Fried Chicken With Gravy and for dessert, her favorite recipe for Pecan Pie.

Trisha gets to pass her cooking knowledge to her friend, Jennifer, who is trying to impress her chef husband for a special occasion. Trisha teaches Jennifer how to make Baked Ham With Brown Sugar Glaze, Asparagus Bundles, a refreshing Strawberry Salad and to end the meal, Almond Skillet Dessert.
